If we’re painting indoors, we will move your furniture into the center of the room and cover it to ensure no damage is done. We will cover your floors so no over spray or paint splatter will harm your hardwoods, tile, or carpet.
Quality is our priority
Our painters are professional, and you’ll know it when they’re finished. We mask off trim, frames, and light switches to leave behind a clean line of fresh paint. If needed, we will remove items, such as doorknobs and switch and socket plates and return them after the paint dries. Before beginning, we search the area for imperfections that might need to be smoothed or spackled so you have a beautiful finish when we’re done.
Our exterior process
To start we pressure wash and clean your home, we follow a detailed process to ensure a thorough and high-quality outcome. Here are the steps we take:
Inspect for Damage: Before starting the cleaning process, we carefully examine the exterior of the house to check for any signs of rot or damage that may require repair or replacement.
Protect Surroundings: To prevent any accidental paint splatters or damage, we cover bushes and anything that could potentially be affected by the cleaning or painting process.
Caulk for Proper Sealing: We take the time to properly caulk the home, ensuring all gaps and joints are properly sealed. This helps to improve energy efficiency and water resistance.
Taping and Masking: To ensure clean and defined lines, we thoroughly tape and mask the entire home, covering areas that should not be painted.
Priming (if Necessary): If deemed necessary, we apply a primer to the surfaces before painting. Priming ensures better adhesion and improves the longevity of the paint.
Spraying the Main Body: The main body of the house is sprayed evenly with the chosen paint color. We use professional-grade paint and equipment to achieve a smooth and consistent finish.
Touch-ups and Trim: Once the main body has dried, we carefully inspect the house and make any necessary touch-ups. We then proceed to spray the trim with a different color if desired.
