Interior Painting Preparation
We move furniture toward the center of the room and cover furniture and floors. Trim, frames, switches and other areas not being painted are masked. Where needed, we remove hardware and plates and return them after the paint dries.
We check surfaces for imperfections and prepare them before applying paint.
Exterior Painting Process
- Inspect and clean: Check for rot or damage and clean the exterior surfaces.
- Protect and prepare: Cover surrounding areas, caulk appropriate gaps and joints, and mask areas that should not be painted.
- Prime and paint: Apply primer where needed, then paint the main body and trim.
- Review the work: Inspect for touch-ups and walk through the finished project with you.
